Kiharu Member of Parliament, Ndindi Nyoro caused a stir on social media on Saturday, 14 March 2020 after posting photos of himself together with Deputy President William Ruto spending the weekend together.
A section of netizens were not impressed with the photos at a time when defeating coronavirus is the focus of the nation

Nyoro took to Twitter, announcing that they they had suspended the day’s events and were instead making rounds.
“After suspending today's event's in response to the government directive, tuko tu ma- rounds. Lakini nahurumia Dere wa leo. Hajui hii maisha. We suspended event that were to happen today in West Pokot and Transzoia. We are African and Africa is our Business..” wrote Nyoro in a commet that accompanied the photos.
Award-winning journalist, Robert Nagilla reminded the two to fasten their seat belts after noting that none of those in the photos had actually buckled up.
"Road safety should also be your business, belt up! SMH." Wrote Nagilla.
Others took issues with the DP for making rounds with no clear agenda at a time when the nation is facing the threat of coronavirus with the first case announced on Friday, 13 March 2020.

Julius Okuto took issues with the MP for at a time when he appeared not to be in touch the reality in Africa, including using foreign items.
“They are in Foreign Made Cars but Africa is their Business. Heheheheeeeee, I love jokes…
