A memorial service organized for the Late Bob Collymore on Thursday at the All Saints Cathedral in Nairobi was a star-studded event.

Prominent personalities were streaming into the venue from as early as 10 a.m. for the service that was scheduled to begin at 11 a.m.
There was a surprise guest in attendance, former Britain Prime Minister Tony Blair who arrived just moments before President Uhuru Kenyatta arrived accompanied by First Lady Margaret Kenyatta.
Among those from government who graced the occasion include the President, Deputy President William Ruto, ICT CS Joe Mucheru, Sports CS Amina Mohamed, Health CS Sicily Kariuki, Transport PS Esther Koimett, Trade PS Betty Maina, Governors Jackson Mandago (Uasin Gishu), Francis Kimemia (Nyandarua), Dr Alfred Mutua (Machakos), Kivutha Kibwana (Makueni), Senators Gideon Moi (Baringo), Johnson Sakaja (Nairobi), Beth Mugo (Nominated), Head of Public Service Joseph Kinyua among others.
Other politicians who were present include former Vice Presidents Kalonzo Musyoka, Moody Awori and Musalia Mudavadi, as well as Peter Kenneth - who was a personal friend to the Late Collymore.
From business circles, those in attendance include the acting Safaricom CEO Michael Joseph and managers at the company, KCB CEO Joshua Oigara, Standard Chartered CEO, Nigeria, Lamin Manjang, businessman Chris Kirubi, Kiprono Kitonny, Julie Gichuru, Red Cross boss Abbas Gullet among many others.
