Betty Kyallo quits KTN

Betty is out!

According to Business Today, Betty had already handed in her resignation and she has been servicing her notice.

A source privy to the matter divulged to Pulselive.co.ke that the screen siren had been offered a lucrative deal by K24 TV. However, the Standard Group is said to have tabled a counter offer.

Her said departure comes just months after KTN lost key anchors Yvonne Okwara, and Mashirima Kapombe and their Managing Editor Joe Ageyo who all went to Royal Media Services (RMS) Citizen TV.

KTN Crimes and Investigative reporter Dennis Onsarigo on Wednesday also confirmed that he was leaving KTN, for his new job at Taita Taveta County as Director of Communication.
