Serious allegations.

Octopizzo is facing serious accusations of chasing a 19-year-old student to his death.

The Oliel rapper is said to have chased Kenneth Abom of Strathmore University with a machete causing him to jump to his death.

It is alleged that Octopizzo found the student at his house in Woodley Estate on Thursday and started beating him before taking a panga and threatening his life. Fearing for his life, the student is said to have fatally jumped from the fourth floor of the apartments.

He was taken to Nairobi Women’s hospital then later transferred to Kenyatta National Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Saturday.

Octopizzo denies links

The 'Number Nane' rapper has however denied any links to the student's death.

"No, I did not hit the boy. His father was the first person I talked to after the incident. I did not know why he came in my house. An hour later, we heard that the boy dropped from the fourth floor,” Octopizzo told KTN.

In another account, Kenneth’s brother Paul Abom told The Nation that the deceased rushed into their house on the fourth floor with a gash on the right side of his head and a blood-stained shirt.

“He went straight to the bathroom to clean himself up and the next thing we knew he had jumped through the window to the ground. He was rushed to Nairobi Women’s Hospital and then referred to Kenyatta National Hospital where doctors said that he would recover,” Paul said.
