Zabibu Kiba speaks on relationship with Alikiba’s ex-Jokate

Alikiba's sister speaks!!

Bongo music sensation Ali Saleh Kiba’s younger sister Zabibu has opened up on her relationship, with Alikiba’s ex-girlfriend Jokate Mwegelo.

Zabibu, who is set to walk down the aisle soon with her South Africa based footballer boyfriend said that Jokate, is like a sister to her and she has no problem with her at all.

She added that they still talk a lot despite the fact that her brother Alikiba married a different woman and she respects Jokate because she is a lady who knows herself.

“Siwezi kuzungumzia kitu chochote kibaya kuhusiana na Jokate kwa sababu ni kama dada yangu kabisa ninamheshimu na ninampenda sana halafu pia tunaongea tu vizuri hatuna shida yoyote na ni msichana anayejielewa mno,” said Zabibu.

The Aje hit maker’s family once publicly declared that they wanted King Kiba to settle down and their choice for him was Jokate.

Alikiba and Tanzanian actress and entrepreneur Jokate Mwegelo dated for a while before things went sour and they parted ways, but she still remains to be a good friend to the singer’s sister.

Jokate has been away from social media since the news of Alikiba’s wedding hit the headlines, something that has raised eye brows with fans questioning whether she could have been hurt by Kiba’s decision to settle down with a Kenyan woman, Aminah Khalef.
