Popular city lawyer Cliff Ombeta has revealed the reason why he cannot travel to the United States of America.

In an interview, the criminal lawyer said that he once realized that officers from the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) were trailing him in Mombasa for representing the Akasha brothers, and they were taking pictures of him using their laptop.

He added that he confronted them, took the laptop and then threw it into the ocean.

Cliff Ombeta disclosed that, that is when the DEA Agents told him that they would arrest him if he ever went to America, and he will be charged with destroying government property.

“Yes, at one point, I realized the DEA were trailing me and when I was in a Mombasa hotel, I found one taking pictures of me using their laptops. I took the laptop and threw it in the ocean. They told me if I set foot in America they will arrest me for destroying government property. But America is not heaven. I am very comfortable in Kenya. I have no reason to visit America.” Said lawyer Cliff Ombeta in an interview with Standard Digital Entertainment (SDE).
