A few months after the birth on Nillan, Diamond made some statement that suggested that he had doubts whether Nillan truly belonged to him.
In a media interview, Diamond said
"Wajua mtoto akikaribia kuzaliwa, unafaa ungoje uone kama atatoka copy yako, wanawake hupaswi kuwaamini saana. Waweza subiri copy yako unapata anataoka mwingine tofauti. Mwanamke wako akisema ako na mimba yako hufai kusema ana mimba yako unfaaa kusema anavyodai ako na mimba yako.” he said.

(Translation: You should first wait for your child to be born so that you can claim them as your own when they come out looking like you, you shouldn’t trust women too much. You can wait for your copy then you are surprised to find out that your child looks like somebody else. When your girl says that she is pregnant, do not say she is pregnant with your child, say that ‘as she says she is pregnant with my child.)
Diamond then went to reveal that he confirmed Nillan was his when he realized that he looks like Tiffah and he also witnessed his birth in Pretoria and cut his umbilical cord.
Diamond’s statement greatly angered many of his fans who felt that it was disrespectful to talk like that in regards to the mother of your kids. Especially due to the fact that Zari got vilified last time due to Tiffah and was forced to undergo a DNA test that was shared publicly.

My goodness! he said that? he confessed he had doubts and was sure after the baby was born. See, that right there is an insult to Zari coz it says he didnt trust her and thinks she might be cheating on him…i have listened to the clip.smh so much stupidity being spewed by a father of two!!
