East meets West as Bongo sensation Harmonize releases a new EP titled “Afro Bongo’’.

The 4-tracked features acclaimed Afro-fusion singer Burna Boy, Bongoflava star Diamond, Afrobeats heavyweights: Mr Eazi and Yemi Alade.

An exclusive party went down last night (Feb 25th 2019) in Lagos, Nigeria graced by a cross-section of top Nigerian artists including Skales, Krizbeatz, Masterkraft, DJ Neptune and Seyi Shay who has collaborated with Harmonize in “Ko ma Roll”.

The EP comes on the back of a series of smash collaborations and Harmonize mega debut on Africa’s biggest music show Coke Studio Africa. The ‘Kwangaru’ hit maker joined other newcomers like Juma Jux and Mdee Music signee Mimi Mars. BET award-winner Rayvanny and top bongo balladist Nandy have graced the show for the second time.

Kenyan hit maker Moji Short Baba made his Coke Studio Africa debut alongside Naiboi who is currently riding high on his smash hit single ‘2 In 1’; Kenyan hip-hop heavyweight Khaligraph Jones, recently crowned Best rapper in Africa at 2018 AFRIMMA Awards made a return to the show for the second time.

Uganda is represented by top award-winning diva, Sheebah, returning on the show for her second time. She was joined by popular Ugandan music acts such as Fik Fameica, King Saha and Vinca. A roaster of first timers on the show from Ethiopia includes celebrated songstress Mahlet, to seasoned crooners Bisrat, Abush Zekele, Yared Negu and Rophnan Nuri.
