Comedy show Varshita that airs on Maisha Magic East with actress Eve D’Souza and Maqbull as its lead actors is coming to an end.

According to Lucy Mwangi the producer and script writer of the sitcom, she is done with the final script for the grand finale episode.

The show will be coming to an end after 2 years of airing 17 seasons.

“!!! My eyes say it all tired but happy and yes, grateful.Just done the script edit for the FINAL episode of . I'm burned out, but 2 years later and 17 seasons ,221 scripts later it's allowed right? Reading scripts late into the night, thinking story at 3a.m, panic attacks that audience will hate that story and tonight,I read my final one.” Reads a post from Lucy Mwangi.

Actress Eve D’Souza, also joined the conversation saluting Ms Mwangi for being very instrumental in the show.

“Well done Lucy you've been phenomenal, as have our writers, cast and crew... no one could ever imagine how much fatigue has set in after filming 17 seasons of Varshita back to back It's been one heck of a ride!” reads a post from Eve.

Currently, the comedy show is at season 14 “Thanks for taking the time to tune in. Worry not there's still so many rib tickling episodes ahead, season 14 has just begun on Maisha Magic East , it will all end with Season 17”
