Wizkid wins BET Award

The Starboy boss came ahead of the stiff competition comprising of Davido, Mr Eazi, Tekno, Stonebwoy, Nasty C, Babes Wodumo and AKA.

This is the second time the singer has won in this category, after going home with the award along with Sarkodie in 2012.

According to reports, Nasty C was reportedly announced the winner of the award by accident last week but BET made sure to apologise for what they referred to as a "glitch".

However, Wizkid was unavailable to collect his award.
