Police issued alert
The Machinery area experienced a major accident on January 27 when two trucks collided and burst in flames.
Drivers were able to escape with a few injuries and were rushed to Kambu and Kibwezi Hospitals.
The road is favoured by motorists and heavy trucks to avoid the old Mombasa-Nairobi Road.
