Chiloba responds to Raila's IEBC hacking claims
NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga had earlier on today claimed that there was a breach of security within the IEBC systems
"In as far as the security of the system and access to passwords is concerned, I want to assure you this; the manner in which the process of coming up with the system was set up was such that we had to ensure that the data that we get from that particular system meets the highest level of integrity."
He further confirmed that no other person had any access to the system.
"In terms of access within the system, the process of transition was deliberately made in such a way that access to any other party could only happen towards just close to the election so all along no other person had special access to this particular platform," he said.
He concluded by re-assuring Kenyans that they have nothing to worry about as far as password management is concerned.
NASA flag bearer Raila Odinga had earlier on today claimed that hackers had gained entry into the IEBC system using the late Chris Msando's identity in order to manipulate the data such that his rival President Kenyatta was made to seem like he was in the lead.
