David Ndii reveals how police treated him after arrest

Ndii, was welcomed back by one of his followers on Twitter on Thursday, who then proceeded to ask him how was handled by police after the arrest."Welcome back... How did they treat U in there," one Alking Wayne posed.The renowned economist responded by telling him "Respectfully."

Earlier, self-proclaimed political scientist Mutahi Ngunyi had claimed that police would molest Ndii then charged him with misprision of treason."David NDII is BEING NAIVE with his BRAGGADOCIO. They will MOLEST him in Police CELLS and then Charge him with MISPRISION of TREASON. His WIFE should not TALK about under-clothes on TV. The Couple is BEING USED by FOXY Baba," Ngunyi's tweet read.However, going by Ndii's response, it can now be confirmed that the police officers handled him well as required by the constitution and never violated his rights.

After the arrest, Ndii was transported to Nairobi and taken to DCI headquarters for questioning where he was charged with inciting the public after he appeared on NTV's sidebar.He was later released on a Sh10,000 police bond after DPP Keriako Tobiko intervened and ordered his immediate release. The vocal strategist has been a fierce critic of the Jubilee administration and was among the first people who came up with the idea of secession.
