The exercises was set to be conducted on Monday at 2:00PM but the exercise was called off immediately after the brutal murder of ICT manager Chris Msando.The commission has also hired an independent lawyer to help in investigating the murder who will lias with detectives. At the same time, IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, has requested IG Joesph Boinnet to beef up security for all other commissioners across the country.

Meanwhile, The United States of America and the United Kingdom have expressed concern regarding the murder and have offered to assist in investigating the murder.
