The blogger, who was in the country for the Shoko Festival 2017, took to Twitter to vent out his frustration at the carrier whose flight he says took off “earlier than the stated departure time.”
According to Xtian Dela, his flight was scheduled to leave at 11.45 am but it took off at 11 am, 45 minutes earlier than the stated time.
In their response, KQ argued that the social media personality ought to have checked in one hour before the departure, in this case 10.45 am. Xtian disputed the response saying that he arrived at 10.58am as his check in was supposed to close by 11a.m only for him to find his scheduled flight depart at that time.
And despite KQ's relentless interventions, an agitated Xtian seems not to have found a solution to the whole problem as he is still stuck in the country two days later.
He even went ahead to threaten KQ with withdrawal of his booking should the airline not sort out his flight issue.
