In Kenya, most fans tip Brazil or Germany to lift the coveted cup, according to a survey conducted by Geopoll.

However, for one Raila Odinga, the Super Eagles of Nigeria is the team to root for going into the tournament.

The opposition leader seems to have declared his support for the Nigerian football team going by his tweet on Saturday evening that read: "Well done Nigeria Goodluck to the Super Eagles! Who are you supporting in this year's World Cup?"
