Kenyans blast Ipsos after poll ranked Ruto, Waiguru as most corrupt leaders

The poll, released on Wednesday by Ipsos, showed that DP Ruto tops the list with 33 per cent of the votes by Kenyans.
Ms Waiguru, the former Devolution CS, followed closely at 31 per cent.
The survey was conducted between July 25 to August 2 with a sample size of 2016.
Ipsos said the participants were aged 18 years and above and were drawn from both urban and rural areas.
