Kenya's gears to host the 4th edition of Sankalp entrepreneurship summit
The annual forum aims at connecting entrepreneurs with investors, corporates and policy makers to facilitate their growth strategies for the region.
The two-day global event, which begins on Thursday, expects to draw participants from over 40 countries across the world from the 23rd to 24th of February 2017, at the Kenya school of monetary studies.
The summit will bring together over 1000 global delegates including entrepreneurs, investors, corporations, governments and funders to deliberate on the building blocks of an integrated and innovation led economy.
Some of the key highlights of the summit include enterprise development support for entrepreneurs to raise investment, exclusive networking opportunities with over 1,000 global leaders as well as partnership and collaboration with players across the value chain.
Some of the key guests in attendance will be Mark Malloch, Former Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations and Chair of the Business Commission for Sustainable Development, Sam Parker, Director Shell Foundation, Vineet Rai, Founder, Aavishkaar and Intellecap Group and Intellecap CEO, Nisha Dutt.
Sankalp Forum was initiated in India in 2009 by Intellecap a global investment and advisory firm, to create a thriving ecosystem for business-led inclusive development.
