Why Kenyans on Twitter are roasting Anita Nderu

What has she done this time?

Following her eviction after serving as a Capital FM news anchor for almost 5 years, it was rumoured that Anita Nderu is set to replace Amina Abdi Rabar at Capital FM as the host of ‘Hits Not Homework’.

An unconfirmed rumour that has made Kenyans on Twitter turn their guns on Anita Nderu as they felt that they had gotten played by the station.

This is because the Capital FM management launched a talent search for Amina’s replacement in September and Anita was one of the judges. People turned up in their numbers for the auditions, only for Capital FM to allegedly settle for one of their own, Anita.

But it turns out that Kenyans may have jumped the gun on the Anita story. Ciru Muriuki, a close associate of Anita hinted that the people roasting Anita might end up with egg on their faces as there is a possibility that Anita is not the new host of Hits Not Homework’.
