In a post on social media Ken wrote “I just want to accept God’s will that after a period of suffering you have gone to be with the Lord.... It is well, it is well with my soul! Rest in Peace Mama Kenny.
My beautiful mum raised me to be the man that I am today, I will never forget or forsake your counsel and words, the first woman in my life to call me an intelligent bright handsome man, how I glowed that day is still reminiscent to date. I have been encouraged, inspired, raised, corrected, taught and given life by you. That I will forever cherish. Forever!”
The family will hold a fundraiser today (September 18, 2018) at the Railways Club From 5pm ahead of her burial on the 22 of September 2018 in Kakamega. The event will see some of Kenya’s finest comedians MC at the fundraiser while the guest of honours will be some important figures in the country. Come one come all.
