This was in a bid to garner votes for Betty Kyallo ahead of the SOMA awards as Betty was among the bigwigs who were nominated for the ‘Media Personality of the Year’ category.
Betty is set to face off with Jeff Koinange, Adelle Onyango and Amina Abdi-Rabar for the category and since KTN has the numbers, they tried to give Betty a leg up over her competitors.

And given their numbers, Betty would sail though, but judging from the comment section Betty’s hopes for this prestigious award might just be a pipe dream. This is after many people revealed that she doesn’t deserve that award due to her divorce and an alleged relationship with Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho.
But as they say, there is no such thing as bad publicity, and this publicity though nasty, might just work in her favour and she bags that award. Let’s wait and see.
