Laban proposed to his girlfriend in April, during an Easter Getaway in Kigali Rwanda. The NTV anchor, who could not hide his joy, shared photos of how his proposal went down, with the caption

The news of Laban’s engagement party, came hours after his former Colleague at Nation Media group Peter Mwangangi walked down the aisle with his longtime girlfriend Carole.
Mwangangi, who moved to BBC, wedded on Saturday in Machakos and the news of his wedding was shared on social media by his colleagues Roncliffe Odit and Hudheifa Aden.
“Spent the afternoon in Machakos where my brother and colleague was saying 'I Do' to the beautiful . cc. ,” captioned Roncliffe.
