This was in a tragic road accident last Tuesday afternoon near Lukenya Hills.

According to reports, the four were travelling in a Nissan Tiida saloon car when their vehicle had a head-on collision with a Toyota Land Cruiser, killing 4 and badly injuring the driver.

Following the death of a female bodyguard Lillian loved as a friend, Machakos first lady penned this emotional message last week that read “My dearest Jacinta.. Go well and rest in eternal peace. You are and will be dearly missed, my friend. It will never be the same without you. I am so heartbroken.”

Today Dr Alfred Mutua and his wife Lillian gathered for the burial ceremony of one of the guards identified as Timothy Kyalo Liu.

In a speech, Alfred Mutua described Liu as ‘a social and jovial man, a dedicated Christian and a loyal Inspectorate Officer who executed his duties with integrity, commitment and honesty.’
