The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission CEO Ezra Chiloba has send his gratitude to self-made star and Rapper Octopizzo during a rare TV interview.

The Kibera finest who appeared on K24’s Talk Central with Kaleyke Mumo talked about his journey in the music industry and the effort he has put in place to help talented Refugees living in different camps.

Octopizzo’s talk, touched IEBC CEO Mr. Chiloba who took to his Twitter account to salute the Rapper with some uplifting words.

Chiloba’s message to Octopizzo left the host of Talk Central Kaleyke Mumo all excited.

Earlier on, Kaleyke had announced that the Rapper will be telling it all, and indeed he gave a moving story.
