According to the body that is tasked to regulate the music Industry in Tanzania, the said songs don’t have the required moral threshold for public consumption.

The body has listed a total of 15 songs that will be blacklisted for airplay on any media station in Tanzania.
“Mamlaka ya Mawasiliono Tanzania (TCRA) imepokea oradtha ya nyimno zisizikuwa ma maadili kutoka Baraza la Sanaa la Taifa (BASATA). Nyimbo hizo zilitolewa ma wasanii na kusambazwa katika vyombo ,mbalimbali ya utangazaji na mitandao ya kijamii. Nyimbo hizo zina Maudhui ambayo ni kinyume na maadili na kanuni za hudama za utangazaji “Maudhui” 2005.” Reads part of the statement

Others who have been affected by the ban include Nay wa Mitego, Snura, Madee, Gigy Money, Barnaba classic, among others.
This comes at time when Diamond is process of establishing his own media house dubbed WASAFI TV and WASAFI FM.
