Bridget Achieng opens up on 5 year struggle to have a baby

Nairobi Diaries Actress Bridget Achieng has for the first time disclosed that she struggled to have a child for five years.

In an interview with a local daily, the mother of one said her mother wished to have a grandchild and to grant her wish, she unsuccessfully tried to have a baby for five years.

This time she was with her first boyfriend.

“I looked for the baby for five years with my first man but it wasn’t successful,” she said.

She went on to try with her second boyfriend who was Nigerian but still couldn’t conceive as the man dumped her, accusing her of refusing to have a child for him.

Ms Achieng stated that after being dumped by her Nigerian bae, that was when she met her baby daddy and got pregnant before they parted ways.

Second pregnancy claims

This comes a few days after she responded to claims that she was pregnant with a second child for her baby daddy.

Ms Achieng made it clear that she was not pregnant at all.

“Yaani kuna vitu nasoma hapa nachoka. Is it true that you are pregnant again by your first baby daddy? Pregnant again? You guy, tumbo yangu ilikatwa tu juzi, sijapona. I am not pregnant again but to be honest, I want a house full of babies. A football club. Yaani I need babies or a rugby team. Ningekuwa naweza zaa watoto 12 ningezaa but unfortunately I can only be able to get four and the fourth one will be by God’s grace. So trust me, I’m gonna give you three more babies and no I’m not pregnant with my baby daddy.” she said.
