Uhuru Maintains strong lead against Raila

President Uhuru Kenyatta has now opened a significant gap against his arch rival, Raila Odinga in the presidential race..

After taking an early lead in the presidential race, President Uhuru Kenyatta has has maintained a strong lead against Raila Odinga.

According to the poll stations which have been counted, Kenyatta is leading with  7,511,454 votes against Odinga's 6,124,426 votes.

Th results are from 36912 out of 40883 polling stations. Most of the polling stations were closed at 5PM before tallying of presidential results begun.
