Ruto took to Twitter where he cried out to God in apparent excitement, insinuating that President Uhuru Kenyatta would be declared President.

“Halleluyah! Mungu kweli ni wa ajabu.Agreed, it's a constitutional & democratic right for every Kenyan to PARTICIPATE in an election or NOT,” Ruto stated on his Twitter account.
